In 1998, when a local entrepreneur had the vision of bringing world-class IT training to NEPA, New Horizons Computer Learning Centers was established and began delivering state of the art training to the area. The local franchise quickly grew, adopting three additional locations throughout Pennsylvania, part of a worldwide network of over 300 centers in 70 countries. New Horizons Computer Learning Centers dominated the IT training and certification space serving the business and consumer markets for 25 years. The idea was to bring high-quality, big-city style training to the NEPA region, but with the comfort of a personalized environment built on integrity, compassion, and dedication to our students. With this mission, we have been able to provide our students with top tier education and skills leading them to career fulfillment and success in the real world.
In 2023, the New Horizons corporate franchisor sold their business and decided to abandon the franchise model and their franchise network of 40 years. However, WE decided that we are NOT going to abandon our long-time consumers, dedicated students, and valued relationships who have trusted us with their futures for so many years.
We are now Tier One Careers. We are here to continue to deliver the same unwavering quality, professional training and certification that we have been providing you with for the last 25 years. With these new refinements, we are a powerhouse in our space, ensuring our students a more robust and focused education experience, with less concern on the standard franchise-based products. This way we can frame a more individualized style of learning based on each student’s needs.
