The Computer and Network Support Technician Program is a four-part program.

Part 1

Part 2
CompTIA Tech+: This course covers the explanation of the technology and computer hardware basics, compatibility issues and common errors, software installation and functions, security risks, and prevention, and much more.
Part 3
CompTIA A+: This course contains interactive tools like CompTIA A+ exam objective-based lessons, test preps, and live labs for a hands-on experience. It will be a great source to learn about Mobile Devices, Networking, Hardware, Virtualization and Cloud Computing, and Hardware and Network Troubleshooting.
Part 4
CompTIA Network+: This course covers how to install, maintain, manage, and troubleshoot basic network infrastructure, design principles, describe networking technologies, and adhere to wiring standards and use testing tools.

Graphic Web Designer Program

Graphic Web Designer Program

Educational Objectives:

The GWD program is a four-part program.

Part 1
CIW – Site Development Associate: This course will teach how to use technologies to enhance a user's web experience; and design and color principles for web pages. The CIW courses are a vendor-neutral, entry-level course that provides knowledge and foundation skills in various web technologies that are required for further specialization.
Part 2
CIW – Social Media Strategist: This course provides the knowledge and helps in explaining the differences between social media and mobile social media, including location and time sensitivity along with identifying the common types of tools used with social media and explain what kind of information they provide.
Part 3
Adobe Photoshop: The courses’ objective includes; starting a project in Photoshop, navigating and customizing the user interface (UI), using tools and tool settings, and getting images out of Photoshop.
Part 4
Adobe Illustrator: course focuses on, and provides skills, in creating and editing vector graphics including graphics for print, Web, and mobile platforms. The course also helps to create "drawn" graphics while enabling its users to integrate content from other domains. The student will be able to efficiently create 2D illustrations, text treatments, and precise vector layouts.
