Part 1
Microsoft Office: This program is designed to provide the students with Beginning to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Part 2
A+ Comprehensive: Throughout this course, with hands on experience, students are better prepared to troubleshoot, problem solve, and better understand a wide variety of issues regardless of the devices being used.
Part 3
Net+ Networking Fundamentals: Provides students with the fundamentals of networking by giving them hands-on training in networking skills and concepts that affect many aspects of networking.

Computerized Office Support Program

The Computerized Office Support Program is designed to provide students with beginning to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. applications The training provided in this program, will help students prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Exams. As a MOS trained professional, they will be able to maintain, manage and format spreadsheets, create professional slide shows, manage email, and create or edit documents. To further advance the students’ knowledge and prepare them for a professional environment, we are also instructing on human resources, business skills and professional development. These provide students with critical skills needed for the workplace, such as time management and communication.

This is a Three-Part Program
Part 1

MIS Network Administrator Program

This program covers three major certification areas
Part 1
CompTIA Network+: Provides students with the fundamentals of networking by giving them hands-on training in networking skills and concepts that affect many aspects of networking.
Part 2
Windows Server: Implement, deploy, manage, maintain, and provision a Windows Server Infrastructure, with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V services. Additionally, instruction is provided on supporting, installing, and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems.
Part 3
Cisco CCNA: Gives students a broad range of fundamental knowledge for all IT careers. They will learn how to install, operate, configure, and verify basic IPv4 and IPv6 networks. Students gain hands on experience with hardware, software, servers, networking, switches and routers.

Graphic Web Designer Program

The GWD program is a four-part program.
Part 1
Microsoft Office Intermediate: Prepares students for Microsoft Office; Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You will cover the entire range of necessary skills, which are needed in every job position today.
Part 2
Website and Social Media Fundamentals: This component allows for website updates and social media strategies to communicate with the socially connected world we live in. Software topics include: Web site Design, JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, Python, and Social Media.
Part 3
Workplace Fundamentals: Includes Professionalism in the office, Communication, Business Etiquette, Thinking Critically, Creative Problem Solving, Customer Service, and Time Management.
Part 4
Executive Administrative Support Fundamentals: Administrative Office Procedure training and Executive Administrative Support Fundamentals along with basic Human Resource Concepts.
