College Affordability and Transparency Act (Act 69 of 2024)
As a Pennsylvania Private Licensed School, Tier One Careers is required to comply with the College Affordability and Transparency Act (Act 69 of 2024), which aims to improve financial transparency in higher education.
Student Fee Transparency (Section 2004-H)
Institutions must provide a description of each mandatory fee charged to students, explain how the fee is used, and publish the total amount of mandatory fees collected during the previous year.
Tier One Careers Does Not Charge any mandatory fees to enrolled students.
Higher Education Cost Transparency (Section 2005-H)
Institutions are required to provide the total cost of attendance, including tuition and fees.
The total cost of enrolling in a Tier One Careers program is located on each program’s web page.
Exit Counseling (Section 2006-H)
Institutions are required to provide financial exit counseling to students at the end of their enrollment unless the student chooses not to participate.
Exit counseling will be done virtually, as permitted by Act 69.
